Getting to know . . . NES Assistant Principal Erin Milbury

We are introducing a new feature to introduce the community to members of the Newmarket Schools staff, with the goal of getting to know each other a little better.

Where did you grow up? 
Medfield, Mass.

Where did you attend college?
University of New Hampshire

How long have you worked/taught in Newmarket?
This is my first year in Newmarket. Most recently I was at Hampstead Middle School for two years and Seabrook Middle School for five years (I could go on!)

What is your favorite part of teaching/working in Newmarket? 
The amazing students and staff!

Please tell us about your family.
I am married and have three children, ages 24, 21 and 19. We also havfe two dogs and three cats!

What activities/interests/hobbies do you enjoy outside of work?
Pickleball, walking and bicycling. I also watch all New England sports and have been a UNH hockey season ticket-holder for close to 30 years.

If you could magically master a new skill in one day what would it be?  Golf

If you could travel anywhere in the world, where would you go?  Tahiti
