WMUR meteorologist visits

WMUR's Kevin Skarupa visited NES recently to talk about his job as a meteorologist, and share knowledge of the weather and water cycle with our third-grade students.

An ice day for learning

Ms Potier's kindergarten students explore the qualities of ice as an extension to their library lesson on observing our natural world. Their observations are part of our inquiry and learning cycle.

Art Club creates quilt

The 1st-5th graders in the Art Club created this paper quilt using a variety of drawing materials. We looked at examples of different types of lines, colors, and shapes with the overall goal of keeping our designs abstract. We love the way it came out!
